Week 2 Update
I did some tweaking to the mechanics, and I think I have something CLOSE to things working how I want them.
in terms of playtesting, when I was in a position to have someone playtest, the mechanics weren't quite up to snuff enough to have people properly play the game yet. However, at this point, the game doesn't really have any win state, so I don't believe the game is "fun" quite yet. In terms of controls, I think the the game is fairly easy to control, but the enemy's hitbox most likely needs tweaking so that you don't need to get RIGHT up next to it. And, aside from a little text at the bottom saying what mode you're in, I don't think it is very intuitive knowing what you need to do, especially with the timer not working perfectly.
Overall, I just really need to fix the mechanics to where they work the way I want them to in order to properly have people test the project.
